Status as at March 15, 2010

On March 15, 2010, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwCI") was appointed Receiver of Atcon Plywood Inc. In its capacity as Receiver and under its appointment, PwCI will proceed to sell the assets under the security and registration of the secured creditor.
