On top of that, all of our people (even our CEO!) has a dedicated coach who provides them with professional development advice. Coaching is highly valued by our people and can help you make the most of the opportunities and career paths here at PwC.
Shortly after you join us, we’ll match you with a coach who'll get to know you and your personal and career aspirations, then help to shape both your short- and long-term goals. You’ll have frequent and meaningful coaching sessions to get the advice and support you need to be successful.
We even have dedicated coaching days held throughout the year as part of our annual performance management cycle. On these days, you and your coach will schedule conversations around setting your annual goals, assessing your performance and providing you with feedback on your performance.
