We have several ways to recognize you through our Total Rewards programs such as Variable Pay (annual bonus program), our bonuses for exceptional UFE results and Marquee, our rewards and recognition program. Marquee programs are a very popular with our people because they are driven by you – so that you can personally take steps to acknowledge someone for their great work:

Acclaim – Thank your colleagues through Acclaim, a points-based program to reward someone for their hard work. Each year you’ll get points to give to others. You’ll receive them too. You can redeem them right away or save them up and use them for trips or shopping sprees.

Spotlight – When you go above and beyond what is expected and have produced significant results for PwC, you can be nominated by a colleague for a Spotlight bonus. This special cash reward is in addition to any annual bonus.

CEO Award – This is our top recognition program for those who achieve truly outstanding results with our people or clients.

While we have these formal programs, thanking our people is part of our day-to-day life. We have team lunches, holiday parties, after-work drinks, golf games and ski days as ways of rewarding great work.
