Partners are responsible for taking strategic decisions concerning the firm, budget planning and realisation of financial objectives within the framework of industry groups. They represent PwC in contacts with strategic clients and chief representatives of foreign units of our company. As a key member of the business community they are expected to interact with the media including hosting seminars, teaching courses and writing point-of-view topics for our clients and the countries we work in.
Directors are senior people who have distinguished themselves as key players in the local market or as industry or product specialist. Their main tasks include: the management of the work of teams, planning the strategy of development of the portfolio of clients. The Director identifies new opportunities for developing the services of our firm, wins new clients and also represents the firm in contacts with key account clients.
Our Senior Managers are responsible for a large portfolios of clients or functions of our business. Senior Manager are also expected to take a more public role including hosting seminars, running research surveys, teaching courses, speaking in public and being active in community organisations.
Demonstrated skills in building relations and developing teams and clients is essential for this role and it provides strategic input into the direction our business takes to provide clients with outcomes they are looking to achieve.
Managers usually have more than 5 years’ experience and have already acquired professional qualifications. Our managers; supervise, coach and coordinate the work of teams working with clients. You are also responsible for establish contact with clients and nurturing the relationship to build the trust and value our clients are looking for. Our Managers become the ’go to person’ for our clients. Clients reach out to them with a variety of issues, relying on our Managers to seek professional advice from across our business units.

The grade of Senior Associate (Senior Consultant) is offered to employees between the third and the fifth year of their career at the firm. A Senior Consultant also acts as a coordinator and mentor for other team members involved in projects. As this is the start of you management career we provide training on team coaching, project management and other courses to manage day-to-day activities.
You will also be participating in client discussions, proposing potential solutions for a range of issues they are faced with and that are related to your expertise.
The role of Associate (Consultant) is offered to university graduates or people with little work experience. It is also a role that students pursue when they are unsure what career direction they should undertake after graduation.
