We all know first impressions count. The application form is a major opportunity to present yourself. Take your time to complete it properly. There are sections for your personal details, your academic and professional background and skills.  You will also be asked to upload your CV(s) and few questions related to your career motivation and goals. Complete and accurate information in the system will make your recruitment process easier.

Based on your online application, we might ask you to come to our office for an interview with our colleagues. Here we want to get to know you and learn more about your expertise and capabilities. The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. It's a great chance to ask questions about the job requirements and the nature of the work you would be required to do. Based on the role you are applying for and the office where you apply, the number of on–site interviews may differ.

You shouldn't have to wait too long after your final interview. Once you’ve received your offer letter, you’ve been officially invited to join the firm. Before your start date you may find it useful to come back for a visit. This will allow you to have a more personalised, informal chat about what to expect once you join and take a look round the office.
