Our corporate services (CS) team provides international and local corporate clients with a comprehensive array of management and administrative services, in the areas of business formation and restructuring activities, continuations, company regulatory compliance, statutory record-keeping services, liquidation and insolvency services. Additionally, we provide corporate advisory and corporate secretarial services to clients, advising on the viability of using corporate entities, such as the International Business Company (IBC), Exempted Limited Partnership and most recently, Foundations that are accessible by the local and international business sector in The Bahamas.

An IBC, because of its convenience and flexibility, is the most popular foreign investment vehicle. The IBC can be formed in 24 to 48 hours. There is no public record of shareholders.
