Associates (College Graduates)
PwC provides opportunities for Bahamian university or college graduates willing to pursue a professional accounting designation.
PwC supports eligible candidates through the process of writing their professional accounting exams by providing the relevant training and financial support. As an Associate, you will be employed in our Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice to gain the relevant practical experience required to become eligible for membership in a recognized institute.
You would normally be assigned to an engagement team comprising a Partner, Manager, a Senior Associate as well as other Associates. As a new Associate you would generally receive introductory training in the Firm’s audit methodology shortly after being hired. On client engagements you will generally be supervised, trained and coached by the Senior Associate and or more experienced Associates. PwC is dedicated to training.
Prospective candidates should have a graduate or undergraduate degree in accounting with an above average cumulative grade point average and an academic career that demonstrates success as an achiever and leader.
Expectant May/June graduates are encouraged to apply as early as possible. The start date for new associates is generally in August of each year.
