Colm Homan

Colm has over 28 years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience. He specialises in the delivery of the firm’s audit, assurance and advisory services to large reinsurance and other financial services clients.

He is known for being passionate about client service and delivering the best our network has to offer. He is a sought after audit partner by C-suite and audit committee chairs and has deep experience working with SEC registrants and integrated audits. 

Colm helps clients create business plans, plan and execute mergers and acquisitions, and design and carry out integration and exit strategies. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and workshops on internal audit, regulatory and economic issues and trends affecting the industry.

Colm has a strong track record in ensuring audit quality on our registrants. He is the previous Chair of both CPA Bermuda and the Institute of Internal Auditors in Bermuda.. 

Colm is a long-term Bermuda resident and is married with two school age children. He is an avid long distance runner. He is passionate about education in our community and is the former Chair of the Governance board at Somersfield Academy.
