Identifying and attracting the best
Our recruitment team has a reputation as the leading executive search firm on the island, with an impressive array of international clients in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, and in asset management and hedge funds. We headhunt talented professionals at management and board level from overseas into Bermuda, as well as managing assignments to find Bermudian-based executives for positions around the world, from Switzerland to Singapore. Our business primarily revolves around finance, actuarial and underwriting roles – but we’ll occasionally be tasked with sourcing senior individuals with skills in disciplines as diverse as HR, IT or banking operations.
We occasionally have opportunities to join at trainee level but the majority of our people have already gained experience elsewhere within PwC (ideally gaining transferable analytical skills) or in the search and selection or HR consulting sectors.
