What we do: Trust and accounting services
Our trust and accounting services department is an integral part of the range of professional services we provide to clients. This select team of dedicated individuals each bring a unique set of skills to the table and provide essential administrative and corporate support to a diverse group of international and local clients.
Range of skills
Careers within trust and accounting services at PwC require a range of specialised skills and knowledge, such as trust and corporate legislation, bookkeeping, administration and banking. This small, hands-on team has earned great respect locally.
A career in this area means lots of variety on a daily basis, as you’ll be dealing directly with company principals – many of whom are located all over the world. Within our trust services area you could act as trustee, executor, protector or administrator of private, charitable or purpose trusts. Our corporate clients include exempted, local and permit companies.
Extensive services
We offer extensive and reliable accounting services to both our trust and corporate clients who choose not to maintain their own financial records. Our clients can concentrate on developing other aspects of their businesses, knowing that our experienced and dedicated employees are looking after their important and confidential fiscal information.
Our corporate services include the provision of a registered office; provision of the Resident Representative and a Company Secretary, where necessary; and the filing of all statutory returns. In addition, we can incorporate companies in Bermuda and are able to coordinate the incorporation of companies in other jurisdictions.
As part of the trust and accounting group you’ll also have all access to all the opportunities and resources on offer at PwC including ongoing training and development programmes and input and guidance from senior staff.
