The Snap View bulletin

This bulletin will provide information about the level of Human Capital Engagement (HCE), much the same way the Finance Director receives data regarding the financial status of the company at the end of each quarter. The Snap View bulletin is developed to provide timely data directly related to the HCE level on the market, adding the decision making of managing the human capital.

Through its Snap View bulletin, Saratoga focuses on a group of key metrics, which collectively show the engagement of the human capital and the dynamics of the existing market situation.

At the end of each quarter, a short questionnaire will be sent to each participant. Submission of data will be within one week, after which the data will be processed and the bulletin will be delivered to the participants by the end of the month following the quarter.
