Saratoga HC Benchmarking 2009

We are pleased to announce the release of the second edition of the Saratoga Human Capital Benchmarking 2009 survey for Bulgaria.

The survey represents data submitted by 20 companies operating on the Bulgarian market covering 2008. More than 70 metrics were measured and benchmarked across six industry sectors, including a breakdown by Workforce size, Revenue turnover and Revenue growth. An interactive HR Scorecard was developed to assist clients with comparing individual results with those of the industry sector, Bulgarian market or other criteria.
