Saratoga HC Benchmarking 2009 report

The comprehensive Saratoga HC Benchmarking report will be completed by the end of July 2009 and will contain data for 2008. The report will provide analysis of the full range of collected metrics for all participants in the survey, by industry, and will include the following fields:

• Financial impact (e.g. revenue per employee)
• Compensation & benefits (e.g. performance related pay)
• Engagement and behaviours (e.g. staff turnover and absenteeism)
• Resourcing (e.g. cost per hire)
• Learning and development (e.g. L&D investment per employee)
• HR function (e.g. HR cost per employee)

New Addition 2009 – HR Scorecard

A new addition this year will be the availability of a HR Scorecard, as part of the comprehensive report. The HR Scorecard will provide each participant with the ability to dynamically review its results from the survey, while comparing them to the rest of the industry or the market. This will be a significant improvement in the way data is viewed and analysed. Each participant will receive an individualized HR Scorecard.
