Jan is a Tax Partner leading the PwC Transactions Practice. He has specialised in all aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions, reorganisations and structuring of acquisitions.

His specialisms include designing and implementing international tax planning strategies and providing tax advice on the operational aspects of businesses and on restructuring at national and international levels.

Jan is author of several articles on transactions and a regular guest speaker and lecturer at conferences and seminars.
