You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and become involved with the ‘Human Capital Return on Investment’ method. This concept was developed by PwC itself and identifies, measures, compares and optimises the human contributions to a company. Using this methodology, our projects are involved with the entire HR chain. You will be providing advice and also be responsible for implementing that advice.

Your profile

• You have a master’s degree in Commercial Engineering, (Applied) Economics (HR option) or Business Psychology.
• You are graduating this academic year or have a maximum of two years’ experience.
• You are an enterprising and client-focused team-player. You combine a strong ability to see things through with good analytical capabilities.
• You are flexible in terms of where you work and are prepared to travel within Europe.
• You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
