Corporate Law Consultant

Do you enjoy immersing yourself in legal texts … and then doing something practical with what you learn? As part of our legal team there is a role awaiting you as Corporate Law Consultant.

You will be part of our multidisciplinary advisory practice. You will be called on to give advice to both internal and external clients in the area of legal issues relating to a business context. This is likely to include the legal context relating to companies; mergers, splits and the other legal aspects of company reorganisations; company acquisitions and restructuring; financing arrangements and various aspects of commercial law involved in running a company.

Your profile

• You have a master’s degree in Law, and preferably also a post-graduate master’s degree or other specialist qualification in the area of corporate law. Otherwise, you are willing to take evening classes if necessary.
• You are graduating this academic year or have a maximum of two years’ experience.
• You are a team-player with a strong desire to carve out a challenging and interesting career pathway for yourself.
• You want to keep on extending your personal technical knowledge and skills. You are able to work closely with specialists in other areas.
• You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
