Peter Perktold ist seit mehr als 13 Jahren bei PwC Österreich in der Steuerberatung tätig. Zu seinen Tätigkeitsschwerpunkten zählen neben der Konzernsteuerplanung und Umgründungen vor allem die Strukturierung von M&A-Transaktionen, Holdinggesellschaften und die Gestaltung von Fondsstrukturen. Der Leiter des Bereichs Private Equity betreut namhafte nationale und internationale Klienten. Der Beratungsexperte hat bereits zahlreiche Fachtexte publiziert und ist Lehrbeauftragter für M&A an der Universität Wien.

Peter Perktold is a partner at PwC Austria, and has worked for the firm for more than 13 years. He is currently Head of Private Equity for Tax and Legal Services. He specializes in corporate tax planning and restructuring, especially in the structuring of M&A transactions, holding companies and the design of fund structures. He serves well-known national and international clients, and he has shared his expert advice through  numerous published technical articles and as a lecturer on M&A at the University of Vienna.
