Friedrich Rödler verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater. Er ist spezialisiert auf Internationales Steuerrecht, Konzernsteuerplanung, Umgründungssteuerrecht, M&A, Transfer Pricing und Structured Financial Products. Zu seinen Klienten gehören vor allem große Unternehmenen aus den Bereichen Versicherungen, Banken und Industrie.

Friedrich Rödler ist Autor verschiedener Publikationen zum Steuerrecht und Fachvortragender. Er ist Mitglied im Fachsenat für Steuerrecht der Kammer der Wirtschaftstreuhänder sowie im Institut Österreichischer Wirtschaftsprüfer, österreichischer Delegierter im Steuerausschuss der CFE (Confédération Fiscale Européenne) und Chairman der „Direct Tax Working Party“ der FEE (Europäische Vereinigung der Wirtschaftsprüfer), sowie Vizepräsident der IFA (International Fiscal Association) Österreich.

Friedrich Rödler ist in mehreren PwC-internen Expertengruppen aktiv (u.a. EU Direct Tax und International Tax Structuring).

Friedrich Rödler is the firm’s Senior Partner. He has over 30 years of professional experience as an accountant and tax advisor. He specializes in international tax law, corporate tax planning, restructuring tax law, M&A, transfer pricing and structured financial products. His clients are mainly composed of large companies in the fields of insurance, banking and industry.

Friedrich is the author of several publications on and a lecturer of tax law. He is a member of the Expert Committee for Tax Law of the Chamber of Public Accountants (Kammer der Wirtschaftstreuhänder) and the Institute of Austrian Certified Public Accountants (IWP), an Austrian delegate to the tax committee of the CFE (Confédération Fiscale Européenne) and Chairman of the Direct Working Party of the European Federation of Accountants as well as Vice President of the International Fiscal Association Austria.

Friedrich is also active in several of PwC’s internal global expert groups (e.g. EU Direct Tax and International Tax Structuring).
