General Conditions

Registrations will be considered in order of arrival.

PwC can not guarantee the availability of places on announced days, but in case of overcrowding, an alternative date will be provided. PwC may cancel the programmed training action if there is no minimum number of participants or, for any other management reason, the amount paid will be refunded.

The price includes technical material, coffee-break and lunch in trainings lasting more than 6 hours.

The cancellation of the registration must be communicated by email until 10 days before the beginning of the event, with the customer having a credit equal to the registration for another course of our offer.

If the cancellation is made 5 days before, the client loses the right of 50% of the registration fee.

The registered person can be replaced by a colleague that has to be communicated by email until one day before the beginning of the event, without any penalty in the amount of the registration.

For the purpose of evaluating the action, all participants must complete a questionnaire, identified or anonymous. If you wish to make a complaint, it must be sent in writing, presenting the reasons for the dissatisfaction, within 48 hours after the action, addressed to the Course Director.

We guarantee the strict confidentiality on the treatment of your data. The information you provide will not be shared with third parties and will be used only for purposes directly related to the course in which you are enrolled. If you wish to do so, we will rectify or delete this information.
