Before you can join us, you need to go through a three phase selection procedure:

 

  • Submit your letter of application and résumé
  • Interview with a Human Resources professional, and staff member of the specific Line of Service
  • interview with a manager and a partner from the professional practice
An assessment procedure can be part of the selection procedure, if necessary.

The qualifications we are looking for are: motivation, assertiveness, accuracy, pro-active attitude, independence, problem-solving capacity and teamwork talent. .
