PricewaterhouseCoopers and OpenPages announce joint business relationship

PwC to leverage OpenPages' leading governance, risk and compliance software solutions to help clients address their risk and compliance challenges

NEW YORK, December 1, 2009 – PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) and OpenPages, a leading provider of risk management software solutions, today announced a Joint Business Relationship (JBR) to deliver integrated governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions. The JBR will enable organizations to benefit from PwC's experience in risk advisory and software implementation services and OpenPages' software solutions. Together, PwC and OpenPages will help clients address the risk and compliance challenges they face in today’s increasingly challenging business environment and changing regulatory landscape.
