PricewaterhouseCoopers is pleased to invite you to take part in the
PwC HR Benchmarking Survey 2009. The survey will enable you to measure the impact of the Human Resources management system on the business, to indicate performance gaps and to provide Human Resources management and finance professionals, as well as top management and shareholders, with solid comparative data.
The survey is based on the international methodology developed by the Saratoga Institute — a global leader in the measurement of human capital effectiveness and Human Resources management systems for almost 25 years.
The survey covers about 100 metrics from the following areas:
- Organisational impacts (for example, revenue per employee)
- Compensation & benefits (for example, variable pay ratio in remuneration)
- Engagement and behaviours to understand commitment of your employees (for example, turnover and absenteeism)
- Resourcing (for example, recruitment costs per employee)
- Learning and development (for example, training and development investment per employee)
- HR function
- Other functions covering Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.
Deadline for application —
February 28, 2009.
In order to participate in the survey please fill in the
registration form (43 Kb) and fax it to us together with your company banking details.
Subject to fulfillment of the above schedule, we expect the results to be available by mid-May 2009.
Fees:
- Price of standard report is USD 1500 plus VAT
- Price of a peer-group is USD 850 plus VAT
