On 24 July 2009, the Russian President signed two fundamental federal laws whereby the unified social tax will be replaced with insurance contributions. These laws effective on 1 January 2010 will significantly affect the tax burden on the labour compensation fund of a considerable number of companies. At this event PwC experts will address the main provisions of the laws, analyze in detail any practical consequences to be faced by the companies and answer your questions.
