Wayne is a Director in the Christchurch office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience includes over 8 years assisting businesses improve their financial performance and ultimate value. Such situations can often create significant stress amongst effected parties, particularly employees and management, and call for careful and controlled management of the situation. Wayne brings a great deal of empathy to trying circumstances to ensure solutions are found in difficult situations.

Wayne's experience includes business valuations, strategic reviews, investigations and viability reviews, acquisitions, succession planning, and management of the sales process. He has worked in New York, Switzerland, Singapore, London and for the last 3 years has been based in Christchurch where he has developed a strong reputation within the business community.
