David has extensive experience in all aspects of Corporate Finance, including share and business valuations, lead advisory roles in relation to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as the provision of strategic advice and litigation support services.
David works extensively with a broad range of medium to large corporates, including a number of listed companies, as well as public sector organisations. He has prepared numerous Independent Expert Reports under the NZSX Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code.
