In the event of debtor default we are able to react quickly to client notices of engagement so as to protect and safeguard secured assets and, ultimately, realize those assets.
Receiverships require particular focus upon the needs of the client so close personal attention and liaison is assured.
Unsecured creditors and other stakeholders are offered services including debt collection, asset tracing, asset valuation, claims quantification and professional representation when dealing with liquidators and/or creditors' committees.
