We work with creditors of companies in difficulty through:
- Advice and assistance in considering options for debt recovery
- Assistance in negotiation with the debtor to agree acceptable and realistic terms for discharge of debts
- With the debtor company's cooperation, carrying out an independent review of the viability and financial prospects of the debtor
- Monitoring debtor compliance with agreements for deferred payment
- Representing and assisting the company at creditors' meetings
- Dealing with the liquidator or receiver of an insolvent debtor, to seek optimum recovery on a timely basis
- Acting as liquidator on the nomination of creditors at a general meeting or on the nomination of a petitioning creditor in a Court winding-up
