Fiona is a Director within our Performance Improvement practice and operates from the Christchurch office. She has previously held both internal and external corporate advisory positions, with a particular emphasis on the development of growth and exit strategies. Work undertaken in this regard includes helping clients to determine appropriate building blocks to put in place early on so as to facilitate value maximisation at the time of exit in the future, with a specific focus on performance improvement, implementing corporate structures and disciplines, and identifying the value drivers of a business.
Through a combination of real-world commercial experience and analytical skills, Fiona provides an approach based on independent thinking and thorough research.
