Resource Allocation and Funding
Our group are strong advocates for a seamless model of resource allocation in the health system, with funding following the need for services, across the continuum of care. We have worked with a variety of clients to create resource allocation and funding formulae.
Analysis and Monitoring
Statistical analysis, modelling and projection and the conversion of these into a monitoring and re-evaluation cycle are basic requirements of actuarial work. We have conducted such analysis for many clients in health and aged care on a variety of projects
Infrastructure and Workforce
Our team holds expertise in the areas of health workforce development, especially in the areas of health workforce planning and policy, aged care workforce issues, medical workforce modelling, occupational injury epidemiology, occupational fatigue and quality of work life.
