Hewlett-Packard Slovakia, s.r.o.
Karol Wicklein, Human Resources Manager
“For determining the wage structure, Hewlett-Packard centrally uses a survey conducted by another company. However, this year, we participated in PayWell in Slovakia for the third time. The main reason for the decision to use PwC’s survey locally was because we receive relevant information from a different source and we have the possibility of benchmarking with direct competitors in the labour market. We have used the results of the PayWell survey as an argument where we were unable to get satisfactory information from our corporate survey. Very often, we use information from the PayWell survey on employee benefits, both in implementing new ones or reviewing existing employee benefits.”
ING Bank, N.V.
Andrea Hazuchová, HR Director
"We have been participating in PayWell project for several years. We most appreciate the opportunity to compare salaries according to the complexity of work – the IFA/JOSS comparison, and according to specific positions. In reviewing employee benefits we offer, we relied on information taken from the report on most preferred employee benefits in the market and on their financial requirements".
UniBanka, a. s.
Mgr. Zdenka Pánisová, MBA, Head of Human Resources and Salaries, HR Management Section
“We cooperate with PwC in several fields. Our co-operation in the area of HR started in 2004, when UniBanka decided to join PayWell along with 12 other banking institutions in the Slovak market. The quality of outputs, the professional approach of PwC consultants, and the flexibility of responses have always been at a high level. A high percentage of participants from our sector is a guarantee of the quality and validity of the results from the wage surveys”.
Volkswagen Slovakia, a.s.
Ing. Zlatko Uhlík, Head of Employee Remuneration
“Every year, we use PayWell to get information on salaries. We use it for benchmarking and setting wage levels in our company. We appreciate mainly the analysis of salaries according to individual job positions and a clear report on employee benefits offered.”
