In recent years, we have used the survey results to determine the most optimal wage conditions that are comparable with the market, particularly for new joiners. This positive experience from our previous co-operation convinced us of the qualities and experience of PWC’s staff, both in theoretical and practical terms. This resulted in intensive co-operation in developing a new remuneration system for our company.
