Businesses must tackle the complex talent issues and determine how to deploy the right people with the right skills at the right time. This means that similar to the approach taken to complex change projects, a new approach to talent is also needed. An organizational strategy for talent needs to be a holistic, integrated approach that connects all the talent processes, ensures alignment to business imperatives, allows for agility to meet changing needs and delivers value and impact that is sustainable.
