Being part of the international DT Group, we have the opportunity of benchmarking at an international level. However, we appreciate the HR Benchmarking project, as it considers local conditions, market needs and requirements. Each year, we look forward to receiving the survey results. Subsequently, we seek reserves and opportunities for improvements.”
