David has been a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1989. His focus is Private Client Services.
Since 1996 David has focussed on the provision of taxation advice to the emerging business sector from the perspective of compliance and structure. He is based in Auckland.
David provides business and tax advice, as well as accounting services, to a wide range of private companies, partnerships, trusts and high net wealth individuals.
His client base is diverse in size and nature of entities from large public companies to individuals, trusts and partnerships. David has a client portfolio across contracting, retail, technology and manufacturing. He has undertaken a number of major restructuring and review assignments.
