David leads the Waikato/Bay of Plenty Business Recovery Services team. He has specialised in insolvency work since 1987 for the Hamilton firm and its predecessors including secondments to London and Hong Kong. He has been appointed as receiver or liquidator to numerous companies and has managed both formal and informal compromises with creditors. In London, David’s experience included two high profile administrations.
In addition to providing expert witness evidence in insolvency related cases, David has been a facilitator at NZICA courses and workshops and is an occasional guest lecturer at Waikato Institute of Technology.
