In addition we have assisted large UK based plcs, financial institutions and multinational subsidiaries in arriving at practical, cost effective solutions to their administration needs.
Our Systems
We use an in-house developed system which is flexible and can cope with a wide range of schemes. The system has wide flexibility in terms of reporting both for management purposes and to fulfil regulatory requirements. The system has the ability to interface with HR systems to upload information electronically hence reducing the paper flow.
Liaison With Advisors
We are experienced in liaising with the other advisors to the scheme - tax, legal, banking and stockbrokers. Our team, who comprise Chartered Accountants and Chartered Secretaries, have the experience to identify potential issues and, with the other advisors, devise timely solutions.
Reporting
We understand the need for accurate, timely reporting. Reporting can be by individual participant, cost centre, corporate entity or for the scheme in total. This allows the employing company to monitor the level of shares in the scheme and to have compliant regulatory reporting.
