For vendors making a disposal, we work alongside management from the beginning to the end of the sale with the objective of optimising the negotiation process and sale price. The service was born out of repeatedly seeing vendors selling assets at sub-optimal prices.
Pre-divestment Reviews
To give sellers a "buyers-eye" view of the company being divested, we anticipate typical due diligence issues raised by potential buyers prior to putting the business up for sale so that the seller can then drive through price improvement initiatives addressing areas of weakness in key areas.
