We recognize that some of our people will make the personal decision to separate from the Firm so they can dedicate themselves to full-time parenting or care giving for a loved one. When someone makes this choice, it does not need to mean the end of their connection to PwC. Full Circle, is an unpaid voluntary arrangement that allows participants—for a period of up to five years—to stay connected with their PwC colleagues and to take advantage of numerous Firm resources.
Program participants are welcome to join us for any local firm functions, including holiday parties, Networking Circle events, and alumni/volunteer initiatives. They also have access to the following benefits:

- Reimbursement for annual licensing and credentialing
- Access to LifeBalance OneSource, as well as work/life and leadership materials from the Office of Diversity
