"Over 70% anticipate growth higher than government's target of 6%"
The PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Company Business Insights Survey 2006 examines issues affecting South African private companies. In September and October 2006, over 700 business leaders and managers from across South Africa participated in the survey. Of the companies surveyed, 72% are owner managed businesses. Business leaders from a broad range of industries, company sizes and locations were interviewed on issues related to managing their business. While the survey sample was concentrated around the three key business centre of Gauteng, Western Cape
and KwaZulu-Natal, other areas were also included.
