The decision of the ASRB for all reporting entities in New Zealand to adopt the New Zealand equivalent of International Financial Reporting Standards for periods beginning on or after 1 January 2007 (with early adoption available from 2005) has meant the virtual cessation of the issuance of new or revised New Zealand financial reporting standards. For this reason the reporting requirements for New Zealand entities are virtually unchanged from when we last published Essential Annual Reports. Therefore, we have decided not to update these 2002 Annual Reports at this time.
