Issue 64, the fourth in the series of frequently asked questions (FAQs) on FRS 136 "Impairment of Assets", continues to highlight FAQs relating to the impairment process and addresses how impairment is measured including common assumptions that are used to calculate each measure.
It also looks at the determination of carrying amount and recognition of impairment losses.
