Snapshot Survey – 2007 & 2008 Salary Increase Trends
PricewaterhouseCoopers is pleased to announce the launch of the 2007 & 2008 Salary Increase Trends Survey. This important survey will provide your organisation with benchmark data on salary increases in Irish business across a number of employee categories. It will include actual 2007 salary increase data and salary structure adjustments, as well as planned salary increases for 2008.

Survey Details
We are delighted to offer you the chance to participate in this survey and you can confirm your participation by either emailing me at sean.machale@ie.pwc.com or by downloading the fax back form, completing and returning this form before November 21 st 2007.

Once we have received your request we will send you a brief questionnaire for completion. The questionnaire should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. All individual company information collected will remain strictly confidential - data from different companies will be amalgamated before being reported on.

What will you get from the report?
The 32 page report on the survey will provide thorough data on the following:

  • Salary Increase Trends, including:
    • average, median, lower quartile and upper quartile percentage increases;
    • breakdown of increases across 6 employee categories* for past and future reviews;
  • Salary Review Frequency and Timing;
  • Base Pay Market Positioning;
  • Budgeting Trends by Sector.
* Executive, Senior Management, Middle Management, Professional Employees, Clerical Employees, Manual Workers

The cost of the final report for participants is €260 and for non-participants is €375. These prices apply for a report in either hard or soft copy (there is no VAT charge for hard-copy).

Please note - the level of analysis is dependent upon the level of response.
