Senior HR Manager
HRS/FB/SHRM
Your responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be actively involved in the development of HR policies and in the supervision of HR activities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Active contribution to HR policies definition and implementation;
- Set-up and follow-up of HR activities: training and development, competency and performance management, recruitment and selection, career management, compensation and benefits;
- Development of career management for senior managers and high-potentials populations, including the design and the execution of training and development plans;
- Participation in improvement projects related to HR procedures.
Your profile
- University degree (BAC+4 or equivalent) ideally related to economics or law/tax fields;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources, ideally in an international and industrial group;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Accurate, organised and success oriented;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French and English;
- Any other language would be considered as a plus.
This position might necessitate some travel abroad.
