ADVISORY: Corporate Finance (Associates / Assistant Managers / Managers / Associate Directors)

	Overview
	Our Corporate Finance team provides advice and support on all aspects of a deal including strategy evaluation, structuring, financing and valuation. We support companies through every stage of a transaction, be it a merger and acquisition, a private fund raising, business divestment or an initial public offering (IPO). We provide our clients with clear insights into the markets that they wish to enter. Our approach is driven by our client’s individual commercial objectives and with our advanced modelling techniques, we can help them to prioritise their investment strategies and decisions in line with an understanding of broader economic implications.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics or any other relevant disciplines and/or professional Accounting qualification
• At least three years' relevant experience in corporate advisory, valuation, restructuring, financial evaluations or project advisory and financing
• Active involvement in deal execution and/or deal origination and knowledge in M&A activities
• Has genuine interest in financial markets and demonstrates solid numerical and analytical skills
• Merchant banking or investment banking experience will be preferred

• Familiar with Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia rules and Companies Act.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as the role will be required to deal extensively with clients at all levels.
