Responsibilities
- Work with the Human Capital team to identify, develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies
- Build internal networks within the firm to leverage on experiences and views, as well as to stay current on latest developments
- Provide web and communications support, as well as sourcing for, writing and editing website content and other HR communication materials
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate all or most of the following skills:
- At least 2 years' experience in communications, ideally in internal communications and/or web content and events
- Excellent written communication with proven track record of writing internal and external business communications
- Strong face to face communication
- Attention to detail and works well under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
- Motivated, and effective interpersonal and strong team working skills
- Knowledge of web technologies / blogging
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
