ADVISORY: Transaction Services (Associates / Assistant Managers / Managers / Associate Directors)

The Transaction Services team provides financial due diligence, vendor assistance, negotiation support and deal structuring for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions within and outside Malaysia for both Corporate and Private Equity clients.

Requirements:

  • Professional Accounting qualification with at least 3 years' relevant post qualifying experience and at least 6 years for Associate Directors, preferably gained in an Advisory (Transaction Services) or Assurance environment
  • Experience in financial due diligence, strong external audit background and sound knowledge of M&A activities
  • Familiar with IFRS, Malaysian Companies' Act 1965 and Code of Mergers and Takeovers


Additional Job Essential/Plus
  • Knowledge in corporate finance (e.g. listing rules, financial modelling), preferably from merchant or investment banks; and
