Due to the continued growth and success of our Reward Advisory practice, we are seeking a graduate to join our expanding Reward Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the area of Human Resources, specifically Compensation & Benefits.

The successful candidate will assist in the design and implementation of business focused reward strategies for a wide variety of clients.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Assisting with the creation of compensation structures to support our clients’ businesses;
- Assisting with interpretation and consultation on trends in reward strategy and practice, both in Ireland and overseas;
- Researching and assisting with the design of performance-driven short and long term incentive programmes.
- Assisting with the creation and analysis of appropriate reward surveys.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of statistical analysis along with a degree in Human Resources /Business/Economics. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability/knowledge in the following areas:
- Data analysis;
- HR trends, regulatory environment;
- Report writing and presenting;
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
In addition, you will be required to have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and be capable of working to tight deadlines.
