Welcome to the launch and first chapter to Insurance Viewpoint in Australia. Insurance Viewpoint brings together our thought leaders in the insurance industry to share their insights into the future drivers in the sector. Each chapter contains an outlook, trends and opportunities and also a section called “The Way I See It” – an independent, first hand commentary from those who are out there in the market and experiencing the issues first-hand.
Comprised of a series of chapters, this first chapter looks at Operational Excellence in General Insurance. We also have contributions from Gerard Brown, IAG’s Asset Management and Reinsurance Operations and Nick Hartry, Operations Manager, Reinsurance Operations at IAG Asset Management and Reinsurance.
