- Provide insight into dimensions and recent developments in human resource
management in light of IT developments and changing market trends
- Provide information on market levels of remuneration for various benchmark
positions to enable Kenyan organisations to establish the competitiveness
of remuneration offered to their employees
- Analyse salary trends and compare these with cost of living and other economic
indices
