The 2005 Human Resource Survey


PricewaterhouseCoopers Kenya recently carried out its fourteenth edition of the National Survey which sought to establish how the Kenyan based organisations are fairing in their endeavours to attract, retain and motivate high calibre staff.

The resultant 2005 Human Resource Survey, documents the outputs from a process that took approximately three months of data collection.

   
 

Executive Summary

 

PricewaterhouseCoopers surveyed 128 management positions and 23 non-management positions from 107 organisations across 7 sectors. 80% of the organisations that participated in the 2003 survey also participated in the 2005 survey.

In this year’s survey 107 organisations participated. It is worth noting that 80% of the organisations that participated in our 2003 survey also participated in the 2005 survey.
